You will play a key role in developing and executing print and digital content, and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive national brand awareness, corporate partner activations, and individual giving. communications support for flagship events, including LIMITLESS: The Special Olympics Canada Gala and the National Awards Night&nbsp;Email Marketing&nbsp;Design and email marketing campaigns to support Individual and Corporate giving and stewardship, in partnership with IDMP and Business Development.&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide analysis on email marketing trends and SOC’s analytics as compared to industry averages and make recommendations on how to improve&nbsp;&nbsp;Website&nbsp;Support website updating and posting across all departments&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide regular updates on ROI and analytics for website, including making recommendations on best practices&nbsp;National and World Games Marketing&nbsp;Support the Games Organizing Committee (GOC) and Chapters to plan and deliver communications for National Games, including lead-up, on-site, and post-event coverage to maximize external exposure.&nbsp;Support the Communications Liaisons and marketing efforts for Special Olympics Team Canada by development and distribution of real-time, bilingual stories, social media content, videos, and other materials.&nbsp;Support the coordination of content creation and website to ensure accurate, engaging, and timely content.&nbsp;EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree from a post-secondary institution, ideally in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.&nbsp;Experience in marketing and communication or a related field, ideally in a nonprofit environment&nbsp;Strong organizational and project management skills.&nbsp;Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&nbsp;High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.&nbsp;Proactive, people-oriented, and adaptable, True Patriot Love is the largest funder of Team Canada, for both Invictus Games and the Warrior Games, as well as other community programs across Canada.The Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 were held from February 8-16, 2025, and brought together 534 competitors from 23 nations to compete in adaptive sports, including the new winter sports: Alpine Skiing, Nordic Skiing, Snowboarding, Biathlon, Skeleton, and Wheelchair Curling, in addition to the core Invictus Games sports of indoor rowing, sitting volleyball, swimming, wheelchair rugby and wheelchair basketball.&nbsp;The Games were held on the traditional territories of the Lil̓wat7úl (Lil’wat), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. During the planning and implementation of the Games, True Patriot Love worked in the full spirit of implementing Canada’s Truth &amp; Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action, and that Indigenous protocols were respected in all aspects of the Games.&nbsp;ExpeditionsSince 2012, True Patriot Love has produced a series of ambitious expeditions around the world engaging Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans, and civilians, which raise funds and build awareness and long-term relationships.Past expeditions have collectively raised over $10 million for the military community and have directly impacted 66 ill and injured military personnel and Veterans. Funds raised have allowed for enhanced job training and recruitment, provided 144 Veterans with rapid job placement, helped to fund more than 9,800 hours of peer-to-peer mental health counselling, and allowed for a $500,000 investment to create a virtual reality therapy program for Veterans living with PTSD which has been implemented across the country.&nbsp;The Captain Nichola Goddard Women in LeadershipThe Captain Nichola Goddard Women in Leadership roundtable concluded its 2025&nbsp;four-city series, bringing over 450 people together for evenings of insight, inspiration and frank conversation about military leadership from a female perspective.&nbsp;Now in its seventh year, the Women in Leadership event is named in honour of Captain Nichola Goddard, the first Canadian female soldier to die in combat while on duty in Afghanistan in 2006.
