Government Relations<ul><li>Serve as the primary representative and spokesperson to government bodies (federal, provincial, and municipal), funders, media, and community partners.</li><li>Build and sustain strategic alliances and networks that raise the agency’s visibility and influence.</li><li>Advocate for supportive settlement policies and adequate funding to advance newcomer integration.</li></ul>Operational Oversight<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations and program management, ensuring services and initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with funder agreements and regulatory standards.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure high-quality, evidence-informed results for clients.</li></ul>Financial Management<ul><li>Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial planning to ensure fiscal sustainability.</li><li>Establish sound financial controls and reporting systems, and regularly report financial status to the Board.</li><li>Pursue diversified funding and revenue opportunities (grants, donors, fee-for-service, etc.) to strengthen the organization’s financial base.</li></ul>Human Resources Leadership<ul><li>Provide strong leadership and support to senior management and staff.</li><li>Cultivate a positive, inclusive, high-performance workplace culture guided by equity and respect.</li><li>Ensure fair and transparent HR practices in recruitment, performance management, and professional development.</li><li>Mentor staff to build capacity and support career growth.</li></ul>Community &amp;
