Le/La coordonnateur(trice) du développement web sera engagé(e) et sensibilisé(e) aux enjeux d'équité, d'accès aux services, de lutte contre le racisme et l'oppression, de justice de genre et de lutte contre la pauvreté en ce qui concerne les immigrants et les réfugiés.Principales responsabilités : â Responsable de l'architecture technique et de la mise en Åuvre des sites web d'OCASI â Responsable de la supervision de l'hébergement, des DNS et des API, le cas échéant â Effectuer la maintenance du site web â Surveillance du fonctionnement des systèmes, y compris les temps d'arrêt, les mises àniveau et la sécurité â Collaboration avec les sous-traitants pour garantir l'application des modificationsnécessaires aux systèmes â Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de contenu pour suggérer et mettre enÅuvre les améliorations de conception nécessaires â Participer à la planification stratégique et à la promotion des sites au sein de l'équipe â Fournir un soutien aux données d'analyse des sites webQualifications : â Diplôme universitaire en informatique, en développement Web ou expérienceéquivalente. â Connaissance et compréhension des enjeux auxquels font face les immigrants et lesréfugiés de l'Ontario et les organismes membres qui les servent est un atout.â Solides compétences en installation, personnalisation, mise à jour et maintenance de logiciels libres comme Drupal.â Solides compétences en JavaScript et en API. â Expérience de travail avec les bases de données MySQL. â Connaissance et capacité à mettre en Åuvre d'importants principes de référencementSEO. â Capacité à comprendre et à contribuer aux exigences fonctionnelles, puis à les adapteren projets de conception et de développement techniques. â Capacité à documenter clairement les fonctionnalités, les spécifications techniques etles exigences d'infrastructure pour les travaux techniques et les processus de travail autoproduits.â Capacité à surveiller continuellement les tendances, les technologies et les normes du secteur afin de rechercher, de recommander et d'appliquer de nouvelles technologies dès leur apparition.â Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite. â Attentif aux détails, excellent sens de l'organisation et capacité à respecter des délaisserrés et des emplois du temps exigeants. â Capacité à travailler rapidement et sur plusieurs projets à la fois, multitâche dans dessituations très stressantes. â Volonté de travailler dans un environnement où les projets et les priorités changentsouvent. â Bon jugement.
