This role involves negotiating collective bargaining agreements, resolving labour disputes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of labour laws, and experience handling union-related matters.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Collective Bargaining: Assist the Senior Manager in negotiations with unions to develop and revise collective bargaining agreements.</li><li>Dispute Resolution:&nbsp;Serve as a point of contact for employee and/or management concerns, grievances, and disputes, facilitating communication between staff and management&nbsp;<ul><li>Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.</li><li>Policy Development: Assist with the development and implementation of labour relations strategies that align with Fife House goals, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Training: Conduct training sessions for management and employees on topics related to labour relations.
