This project will focus on building safer nail salons by understanding and addressing health and labour issues facing Black and/or Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking nail technicians working in discount nail salons.&nbsp; &nbsp;This project aims to understand the specific needs of Black and Latin American nail technicians, while providing resources to support improved health and labor related outcomes. Additionally, this project will support the Nail Technicians Network (NTN) to build a broader base by: outreaching to nail technicians, engaging nail technicians in training opportunities and providing opportunities to advocate for better working conditions.
