In addition to managing their assigned events, the Officer will also assist the Special Events &amp; Community Partnerships Team by supporting the execution of other events as required. The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Hamilton seeks a full-time (permanent), Mental Health Promotion and Resilience Facilitator to implement a LHIN 4 region-wide (Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant) strategy for mental health promotion, resilience, and capacity building through an innovative strategy of mental health training and education, suicide prevention, and collaborative planning.The facilitator will deliver and coordinate&nbsp;SafeTALK and ASIST&nbsp;trainings. The candidate must be a registered trainer to deliver SafeTALK and ASIST workshops. The facilitator is responsible for the delivery and coordination of mental health training/education through evidence-based training. Target populations include; youth, emerging adults, families and caregivers, community agencies, and the general public.Qualifications:&nbsp;All candidates must possess a university degree in a related health/social sciences/public education field with experience in mental health promotion.
