During home visits, the CNC worker will deliver the HIPPY program to mothers, help mothers teach their 3- to 5-year-old children, and prepare them for school. During home visits, the CNC worker delivers weekly activity packets and books to parents, demonstrating how to conduct daily activities with their children to build cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
