Director of Clinical Operations (Full-time, Permanent)&nbsp;Salary Range: &nbsp;$92,144 to $98,772Our organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced director to lead a team providing mental health services to children, youth, and families. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality treatment and support while contributing to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the organization. Department: Finance and Administration&nbsp;Location: Carleton Place, ON&nbsp;Term: Permanent, 0.8 FTE&nbsp;Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 (prorated to 0.8 FTE, plus benefits)&nbsp;Closing Date: January 16, 2026Position OverviewReporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, the Finance and HR Administrator is responsible for carrying out a wide range of accounting, payroll, and administrative tasks that support the efficient financial operations of the organization. This role oversees accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
