Arts Society King (ASK), celebrating its 20th year in 2025, is looking for a President to lead a group of dedicated board members and volunteers to help promote arts and culture within King Township, Ontario. ASK works in tandem with other local community groups and township officials to stage a variety of events throughout the year, showcasing its almost 100 artist and artisan members. As President, you would have an opportunity to engage with members of the community and contribute to a vibrant local arts scene. Preference will be given to volunteers who live in King or nearby communities because of the nature of the President's role. We're also looking for volunteers who will help support the President and board members in carrying out ASK's various activities. 🎶 Voices of Joy is a Community Choir made up of individuals with Autism, Intellectual, Physical, and/or Developmental Disabilities, as well as Neurotypical individuals. Our purpose is to Celebrate Inclusion, Ability &amp; the Joy of Singing 🎶We’re seeking volunteers to join our choir and support members that may need extra help during rehearsals and performances (this may look like helping to find the right page and follow the music, staying focused and following the community agreements, preparing for performances, etc.). Volunteer hours available - Commitment to the choir season Sept-June preferred. We are also looking for Board Members to help us grow awareness about the choir and our concerts.
