They help raise awareness and promote understanding by supporting public education efforts, sharing arthritis-related messages through social media, writing letters, connecting with community leaders, and taking part in consultations or other important calls to action that support people affected by arthritis.Time Commitment Advocacy volunteers typically contribute 1–2 hours per month. This is a flexible role with no fixed schedule.
