Volunteer Reading Tutor

ONE TO ONE Literacy Society is looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and open-minded individuals to share the joy of reading with children in their community.

We are currently seeking volunteers for both our in-person program and our virtual after-school program.

Volunteers in our in-person program meet their students weekly for 2-3 hours and read with them at a local school during school hours (either 9 AM to 12 PM, or 1 PM to 3 PM).

Volunteers in our virtual program read with their students virtually over Zoom between 4 and 6 PM on weekdays

Both options involve a weekly commitment from September 2026 through May 31st, 2027 (Monday to Friday- no weekends)
