Volunteer Opportunity: Office Volunteer

Description: Are you looking for a rewarding way to give back to your community while gaining valuable office experience? Brock House Society is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Office Volunteers. As an Office Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our center and ensuring that our members receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
● Answering phone calls and assisting with in-person inquiries.
● Registering new members and helping current members with registration-related tasks.
● Providing information and addressing general inquiries about our programs and services.
● Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Time Commitment:
● One shift per week
● Shift hours: 9:00 am - 12:15 pm / 12:15 pm - 3:30 pm.
● Choose any weekday that fits your schedule
● Casual and on-call opportunities are also available

Qualifications
● Basic computer skills are required
● Orientation and training will be provided to ensure you are comfortable with all tasks
● Friendly and approachable demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills
● Ability to commit to one shift per week, either 9:00 AM – 12:15 PM or 12:15 PM – 3:30 PM, on a weekday of your choice

Note: Casual and on-call opportunities are also available.
