About Warm Touch Collective

Warm Touch Collective is a women-focused nonprofit organization committed to supporting women through community programs, practical resources, wellness initiatives, education, and meaningful partnerships.

Our mission is to create opportunities for women to feel supported, informed, connected, and empowered within their communities.

As a growing organization, we are expanding our volunteer team and looking for passionate, reliable, and community-minded individuals who are interested in contributing their skills while helping us build meaningful programs and initiatives for women.

Volunteer Opportunities

We are currently recruiting volunteers across several areas:

Community Outreach & Partnerships
Support outreach to community organizations, nonprofits, local businesses, and potential program partners. Volunteers may assist with identifying partnership opportunities, preparing outreach communications, and maintaining community relationships.

Programs & Events
Help plan and coordinate workshops, community initiatives, donation drives, and other Warm Touch Collective programs. This may include program research, preparation, logistics, participant resources, and event-day support.

Social Media & Content Creation
Help develop engaging and educational content for our social media platforms. This may include content planning, writing captions, creating graphics, researching community resources, and supporting awareness campaigns.

Communications & Marketing
Support storytelling, newsletters, promotional materials, community communications, and strategies that increase awareness of Warm Touch Collective and its programs.

Fundraising & Grant Research
Help identify relevant grants, sponsorship opportunities, community funding programs, and fundraising opportunities. Volunteers may also support research and preparation for future funding applications.

Administration & Organizational Support
Assist with documentation, volunteer coordination, program records, meeting organization, impact tracking, and other activities that support the day-to-day growth of the organization.

• Align with Warm Touch Collective's mission and values
• Are reliable, respectful, collaborative, and willing to take initiative
• Communicate effectively and follow through on commitments
• Are comfortable contributing within a growing organization
• Bring ideas, creativity, lived experience, professional skills, or a willingness to learn
• Are interested in contributing meaningfully to the development of our programs and community presence

Previous nonprofit or volunteer experience is an asset but is not required.

Students, early-career professionals, established professionals, and community members are welcome to apply.

Our Current Work

Warm Touch Collective has begun delivering community initiatives focused on women's well-being, access to practical resources, and community support.

Our work has included care packages supporting women in the community, student essentials initiatives, educational women's health content, community partnerships, and the development of upcoming programming for newcomer women and women's wellness.

We are now expanding our team as we prepare for the next stage of our growth.
