Volunteer Communications and Social Media Officer

United Spirit Nature Network (USNN) is seeking a creative and reliable Volunteer Communications and Social Media Officer to support our digital presence and outreach activities. This role is ideal for someone interested in communications, social media, digital design, or nonprofit and community-based work.

The volunteer will contribute up to three hours per week and assist with:

• Planning, creating, and scheduling social media posts
• Designing digital content, including graphics, announcements, reflections, and promotional materials
• Updating and maintaining website content
• Supporting basic communications and community outreach
• Promoting events and other USNN activities
• Creating online registration forms and related event materials
• Helping maintain clear and consistent messaging across USNN’s digital platforms

The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in creating engaging digital content. Experience with social media platforms, website management, Canva or similar design tools, and online form-building tools is an asset. We welcome applicants who are dependable, collaborative, organized, and eager to contribute their skills to USNN’s work.

Time commitment: Up to three hours per week.
