Are you 55 years or older and interested in supporting the quality of life for seniors in your community?

Join our Senior Peer Support Volunteer Training Program and gain valuable skills while giving back.

Training Begins

Tuesday, February 3, 2026
12 sessions | Offered at no cost

What You Will Learn

  • Effective communication skills
  • Boundary setting
  • Understanding aging and health challenges
  • Self-awareness and personal responsibility

Training Schedule

All Zoom sessions run from 4:00–8:00 pm unless otherwise noted
