Working closely with the Director of Property Services and facility operations teams, the Rentals Manager will ensure that the needs of tenants and renters are met while maximizing the revenue potential and long-term sustainability of TUCC-managed properties. The role includes the primary responsibilities outlined in the job description, but the employee will also be expected to handle any additional tasks that may arise.
