Photography Volunteer
A good photo can be the difference between someone scrolling past and someone stopping to meet their future cat.
We are looking for volunteer photographers to help capture clear, engaging photos of the cats and kittens in our care. These photos are used for adoption profiles, social media, fundraising campaigns, our website, posters, and other rescue materials.
You do not need to be a professional photographer or own expensive equipment. If you have a good eye, are comfortable taking photos with a camera or quality smartphone, and have the patience required to photograph subjects who absolutely do not understand the concept of sitting still, we would love to hear from you.
Photographers may visit foster homes, adoption locations, sanctuary spaces, or rescue events depending on availability and need. You can volunteer occasionally or help on a more regular basis.
This role is especially helpful for cats who have been waiting longer for adoption, shy cats whose personalities do not always come across in a quick phone photo, and kittens who somehow manage to look adorable in person and completely unhinged in every picture their foster takes.
Your photos help us tell their stories, get them noticed, and ultimately get them home.
What we're looking for: Someone reliable, comfortable around cats, able to take clear and appealing photos, and willing to work respectfully with foster families and rescue volunteers. Basic photo editing experience is helpful but absolutely not required.
