The Opportunity

Turn approved research into thoughtful outreach, conversations and next steps with organizations, businesses, schools and community partners.

What you will do

• Prepare personalized outreach using approved GNBS information.
• Contact approved organizations, businesses, universities and community groups.
• Prepare for and participate in introductory meetings when requested.
• Record relationship history, meeting notes, responses and next steps.
• Follow up consistently and keep the partnership tracker current.
• Share confirmed requirements and opportunities with Research, Development and the Campaign Lead.

Scope of the role

You will own approved outreach and follow-up. You will not promise services, funding, recognition or partnerships, sign agreements, or make major financial asks without approval.

What we are looking for

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and record-keeping.
• Confidence representing GNBS accurately in virtual conversations.

Helpful, but not required: Nonprofit outreach, community engagement, customer service or partnership experience. Familiarity with contact-management or CRM systems.

Paid professional experience is not required. Relevant school, volunteer, freelance, community and personal project experience is welcome.
