About us
Mood Disorders Society of Canada (MDSC) was launched in 2001 to provide people impacted by mood disorders, their families, and caregivers with a strong, cohesive voice at the national level on issues relating to mental health and mental illness. MDSC aims to improve access to treatment, inform research, and shape program development and government policy to improve the quality of life for people.
What you will do
- Coordinate and manage the activities of the MDSC Forum.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among forum participants.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document discussions.
- Ensure that forum objectives are met and report on progress.
What we are looking for
- Required: Experience in coordinating forums or similar events.
- Required: Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Optional: Background in mental health or related fields.
- Optional: Familiarity with national mental health policies.
