Manager, Clinical Services – Part-Time (30 hrs/week) – Hybrid
Home Hospice North Lanark | Almonte, ON

About the Role:
Home Hospice North Lanark is seeking a Manager, Clinical Services to lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of our clinical programs. This newly created leadership role will oversee clinical staff and work closely with the Board to ensure high-quality care for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical programs supporting clients, caregivers, and families through the palliative journey
  
  
• Supervise, support, and coach clinical staff and volunteers
  
  
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and HPCO accreditation standards
  
  
• Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery
  
  
• Contribute to quality improvement, staff onboarding, and education
  
  

Requirements:

• RN in good standing, licensed in Ontario
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
  
  
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience, 2 years management experience
  
  
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and computer skills
  
  
• Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  
  

Compensation & Hours:

• $41–$53/hour + 4% vacation pay
  
  
• 30 hours/week, hybrid (at least 50% in-office)
  
  
• Monday–Friday, no weekends or shift work
  
  
• Mileage reimbursed at $0.40/km
• Additional benefits are under review and will be shared during the interview process
