The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fundraising Team Member to support the Fundraising Team Lead in executing fundraising initiatives that drive revenue and expand donor engagement. With a focus on the Stretchy Social Venture, you will help implement campaigns, strengthen donor relationships, and support the growth of healthcare and education programs.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Revenue Development
• Support the cultivation and establish long-term relationships with donors and foundations.
• Source and evaluate prospective donors to achieve f inancially sustainable and revenue goals.
• Assist in executing fundraising initiatives to support revenue and donor growth goals.
• Contribute to the implementation of multi-channel fundraising campaigns (digital giving, events,direct outreach, and major donor engagement).
• Help maintain donor databases and track fundraising activity and performance metrics.
Donor & Stakeholder Engagement
• Support communication with current and prospective donors through emails, proposals, and outreach materials.
• Assist in preparing presentations, pitch decks, and fundraising materials and content.
• Participate in meetings, networking events, and community engagements as needed.
• Support efforts to strengthen donor stewardship and engagement
Team Support & Coordination
• Work closely with the Fundraising Team Lead to execute fundraising activities.
• Support coordination of fundraising tasks and campaign timelines.
• Assist in documenting processes to improve long -term efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with other teams to align fundraising ef forts with organizational goals.
What You Bring
• Experience: 0–5 years in nonprof it fundraising, with a proven ability to support fundraising initiatives, build donor relationships, and secure donors.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Non-profit Management, or related degree. NGO Fundraising
• Revenue Focus: Proven success coordinating multi-channel fundraising campaigns that include direct mail, email appeals, digital giving days, and crowdfunding to increase revenue.
• Communication: Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Digital Marketing: Experience with leveraging social media and digital marketing platforms to drive fundraising, community engagement, and online giving.
• Purpose-Driven: Passion for the mission with a proven ability to build relationships, inspire donors, and engage stakeholders to drive revenue goals.
