We collaborate with local communities, traditional healers, and government officials to advance health equity, improve maternal and infant well-being, and reduce mortality rates worldwide.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Opportunity&nbsp;&nbsp;We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fundraising Team Member to support the Fundraising Team Lead in executing fundraising initiatives that drive revenue and expand donor engagement. With a focus on the Stretchy Social Venture, you will help implement campaigns, strengthen donor relationships, and support the growth of healthcare and education programs.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;Fundraising &amp; Revenue Development&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Support the cultivation and establish long-term relationships with donors and foundations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Source and evaluate prospective donors to achieve financially sustainable and revenue goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in executing fundraising initiatives to support revenue and donor growth goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to the implementation of multi-channel fundraising campaigns (digital giving, events, direct outreach, and major donor engagement).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Help maintain donor databases and track fundraising activity and performance metrics.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Donor &amp; Stakeholder Engagement&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Support communication with current and prospective donors through emails, proposals, and outreach materials.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in preparing presentations, pitch decks, and fundraising materials and content.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in meetings, networking events, and community engagements as needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support efforts to strengthen donor stewardship and engagement&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Team Support &amp; Coordination&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Work closely with the Fundraising Team Lead to execute fundraising activities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support coordination of fundraising tasks and campaign timelines.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in documenting processes to improve long-term efficiency and scalability.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with other teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>What You Bring&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Experience: 0–5 years in nonprofit fundraising, with a proven ability to support fundraising initiatives, build donor relationships, and secure donors.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Non-profit Management, or related degree.
