The Opportunity
Health Together is seeking a creative, results-driven Fundraising Team Lead to turn brand awareness into financial impact, with a special focus on the Stetchy Social Venture.
You will design and execute fundraising strategies to drive fundraising money, allowing us to launch new initiatives and expand our impactful healthcare and educational programs. If you have a proven track record in non-profitfundraising, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Revenue Development
• Identify, cultivate, and establish long-term relationships with donors and foundations.
• Source and evaluate prospective donors to achieve f inancially sustainable and revenue goals.
• Spearhead fundraising initiatives to secure funding f rom donors, grants, and foundations to achieve revenue goals.
• Design and implement multi-channel fundraising campaigns (e.g., major gif ts, digital giving, direct mail, and events) to keep current donors, attracting new donors to help expand the Health Together donor network.
• Track fundraising metrics, manage the donor database, and provide detailed ROI reports to the board of directors.
• Oversee the fundraising department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of organizational resources.
• Monitor fundraising performance and recommend strategies for growth.
Donor & Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors.
• Prepare compelling donor communications, presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and fundraising materials and content.
• Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, and community engagements.
• Promote a culture of philanthropy and donor stewardship throughout the organization.
Leadership & Team Coordination
• Lead, mentor, and support fundraising team members and volunteers.
• Coordinate fundraising activities and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Develop and document fundraising processes to support long -term sustainability.
• Collaborate with business development and other teams to align with organizational goals.
What You Bring
• Experience: 2–7+ years in nonprof it fundraising, with a proven ability to lead fundraising initiatives, build donor relationships, and secure donors.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Non-profit Management or related degree.
• Revenue Focus: Proven success managing multi-channel fundraising campaigns that include direct mail, email appeals, digital giving days, and crowdfunding to increase revenue.
• Communication: Expert in donot-centric copywriting, pitch deck creation, and storytelling skills that translate organizational mission into tangible and f inancial support.
• Digital Marketing: Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Purpose-Driven: Passion for the mission with a proven ability to build relationships, inspire donors, and engage stakeholders to drive revenue goals.
