Position Overview
Join the team behind an inspiring, high-energy community retreat! As an Event Operations & Planning Volunteer, you’ll gain hands-on experience bringing a large-scale event to life—while building meaningful connections and learning directly from East Meets West leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hotel partners on food, venue setup, and logistics
- Support planning for carnival activities, trade show booths, and panel discussions
- Assist with scheduling, materials preparation, and vendor communication
- Provide on-site support to ensure sessions and activities run smoothly
- Act as a welcoming point of contact for speakers and attendees
