About GASDI
Great Achievers Social Development Initiative (GASDI) is a nonprofit organization focused on advancing community development, climate resilience, youth empowerment, and sustainable livelihoods across underserved communities.
We are expanding globally and seeking committed leaders to drive our mission at the country level.

Role Overview
The Country Director serves as the lead representative of GASDI within their country, responsible for establishing, growing, and managing all national operations.
This is a strategic leadership role suited for individuals passionate about social impact, organizational growth, and community transformation.

Key Responsibilities
•Lead and oversee all GASDI activities within your country
•Recruit, manage, and expand a team of volunteers
•Appoint and supervise Regional and State/Province Coordinators
Identify and develop partnerships with local organizations, institutions, and stakeholders
•Drive fundraising efforts, grant sourcing, and project development
Oversee implementation of programs, workshops, and community initiatives
•Ensure proper reporting, accountability, and performance across all departments
•Coordinate membership growth and structured engagement within the country
•Supervise financial activities in line with GASDI operational guidelines
•Facilitate country-level registration and legal compliance where necessary

Leadership Structure
The Country Director will work with:
•Volunteer Manager
•Regional Coordinators
•State/Province Coordinators
•Departmental Teams (Fundraising, •Community Engagement, Media, Research, etc.)
All national activities are coordinated under the leadership of the Country Director.

•Are proactive, accountable, and results-driven

This is a high-responsibility leadership role. The success and growth of GASDI within your country will depend largely on your commitment and effectiveness.
