Dunavox Foundation is seeking a relationship-driven Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator to expand our network and help more people access our free workshops and training. This role is essential to building connections with organizations, schools, and community groups so we can reach people who need practical career and professional development support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential partner organizations — schools, community centers, employers, and mission-aligned nonprofits.
  • Build and maintain an organized contact list of prospective partners.
  • Reach out to organizations to introduce Dunavox's programs and workshop offerings.
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-up communication with interested partners.
  • Support recruitment for upcoming workshops and bootcamps by sharing opportunities through partner networks.
  • Represent Dunavox at community events, meetings, or forums when possible.
  • Maintain records of outreach activity and report progress to leadership regularly.
  • Help identify community needs and share insights that shape future workshop topics.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communicator, comfortable reaching out to new contacts by email or phone.
  • Organized and self-directed, able to manage a contact pipeline independently.
  • Passionate about professional development, career growth, or community education.
  • Prior experience in outreach, community engagement, partnerships, or relationship management is a plus, but not required.
