Community Outreach Liaison

Time commitment: 3–5 hours/week
Team: Outreach & Community Engagement Committee
Overview:
Liaisons build long-term relationships with community partners and help coordinate outreach efforts at the organizational level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and maintain connections with community organizations, faith groups, cultural centres, and student clubs
• Coordinate opportunities for outreach tables, workshops, or collaborations
• Serve as the ongoing contact person for specific partner groups
• Work with Outreach Volunteers to deploy materials and coordinate presence at events

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with community organizations (an asset but not required)
• Interest in partnership-building and newcomer support
