Clinical Clinic Volunteer (Ophthalmology, Patient Flow, & Charting)

We are an ophthalmology clinic in Toronto looking for dedicated volunteers to join our team. If you are looking for hands-on clinical exposure before applying to medical or professional schools, this is a great opportunity to get comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting.

What you will be doing:

• Guiding general clinic flow and greeting patients
• Setting up examination rooms
• Taking preliminary patient histories
• Starting medical charts (Note: No prior clinical experience is required; we provide hands-on training and supervision for charting and taking histories!)

Shift Details & Locations: We are offering full-day shifts from 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM. To ensure you get quality experience and staff support, we limit this to exactly two volunteers per day.

Depending on the day you choose, we operate out of three locations in Toronto:

• Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays: 340 College Street, Suite 1-8
• Tuesdays: 801 Eglinton Ave W, #301
• Thursdays: St. Michael's Hospital (7th floor, Donnelly Wing)
