The Opportunity
Health Together is seeking a motivated Business Development Team Member to support efforts that convert brand awareness into financial impact for Health Together and the Stretchy Social Venture.
In this role, you will assist in executing business development and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, secure sponsorships and partnerships, and support the expansion of healthcare and education programs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development & Sponsorships
• Support the cultivation and establishment of long-term relationships with sponsors and partners.
• Source and evaluate prospective sponsors and community partnerships while supporting the Team Lead in developing financially sustainable health and education ventures.
• Support the Team Lead in specialized funding, sponsorships, and partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand community impact.
• Assist in the research of prospective sponsors and community partnerships while supporting the Team Lead in developing financially sustainable health and education ventures.
• Assist in executing targeted outreach and campaigns directed at C-suite executives, founders, and key decision-makers to cultivate strategic funding and partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and sponsorships to assist the Team Lead in reporting on business development KPIs and forecasting revenue.
Marketing
• Assist in overseeing marketing across social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Monitor audience engagement and campaign metrics across all digital channels, providing data-backed insights to the Business Development Lead to help optimize future outreach and conversion efforts.
• Assist in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and increase public awareness in alignment with broader organizational growth strategies.
Negotiation & Stakeholder Engagement
• Assist the Business Development Lead in draf ting proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing mutually beneficial contracts and agreements.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, engaging partners and sponsors, volunteers, and stakeholders through impactful storytelling and communications.
• Help build and manage strategic relationships with sponsors and partners.
Team Support & Coordination
• Work closely with the Business Development Team Lead to execute fundraising activities.
• Support coordination of business development tasks and campaign timelines.
• Assist in documenting processes to improve long -term efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with other teams to align fundraising ef forts with organizational goals.
What You Bring
• Experience: 0–5 years in nonprof it business development, corporate sales, NGO Business Development or marketing with a proven ability to grow initiatives and secure sponsorships and partnerships.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Non-prof it Management,or related degree
• Revenue Focus: Proven success coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and business development.
• Communication: Strong copywriting, pitch deck creation, and storytelling skills.
• Digital Marketing: Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Purpose-Driven: Passion for the mission with the proven ability to engage, inspire, and cultivate new sponsors and partnerships to drive revenue goals.
