What you will do

• Provide guidance and support to newcomers as they adjust to life in Canada.
• Help mentees set personal and professional goals and work towards achieving them.
• Share knowledge about Canadian culture and society to facilitate a smoother transition.
• Meet regularly with mentees to discuss progress and address any challenges.

What we are looking for

• Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Required: Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community.
• Optional: Experience in mentoring or coaching roles.
• Optional: Familiarity with the challenges faced by newcomers to Canada.
