Put your CharityVillage job and volunteer opportunities in front of post-secondary students and new graduates across Canada — and connect with a new generation of changemakers with our new value-added service.
Great nonprofit talent is out there.
But too often, students and new graduates never see your opportunity.
They are looking for meaningful work. They want hands-on experience and a chance to make an impact early in their careers, which makes them a great fit for nonprofit sector roles.
But many nonprofit employers struggle to reach students and new graduates where they’re actually looking for work. As a result, strong opportunities can go unseen by strong candidates.
Now there’s an easier way to expand your reach.
CharityVillage has partnered with Orbis to help nonprofit employers extend the visibility of their CharityVillage postings through Orbis-powered campus channels. This partnership is designed to make nonprofit opportunities more accessible to students and new graduates, while helping employers connect with emerging talent earlier.
When you add an Orbis cross-posting to your CharityVillage job or volunteer posting, it will be distributed across a broad post-secondary network, putting it directly in front of Canadian students and new graduates. This helps you:
Expand awareness of your nonprofit’s jobs and volunteer opportunities among early-career talent.
Reach candidates who are motivated by purpose and community impact.
Build your future talent pipeline.
Increase visibility without adding complexity to your hiring process.
Why this matters.
Students and new graduates want more than a job. They want meaningful experience, skill-building work, and the opportunity to contribute to causes they care about.
For nonprofit employers, reaching that audience allows you to engage emerging talent early, build a future hiring pipeline, and support long-term succession planning.
This partnership helps connect your meaningful opportunities with the next generation of changemakers.
