Reporting to the Manager, Community Care and Recovery, the Case Manager offers intensive one-on-one support to adults who are moving to ODSP from OW.&nbsp; The incumbent in this role will promote independence and quality of life through the referral pathways from OW to ODSP. This is an outreach position with care provided in Member homes, hospitals, community agencies, shelters, outdoors, etc., and travel within the city by TTC or personal vehicle (paid mileage) is required.&nbsp; Employment Services and Placement Specialist

MAiDHouse is a project of the Assisted-Dying Resource Centres Canada (ARCC), a Canadian, national, not-for-profit corporation and registered charity.&nbsp;The MAiDHouse mission is to provide a comfortable and compassionate end-of-life experience to persons eligible to receive medical assistance in dying (MAiD), when their home is not an option. Those eligible to receive MAiD are able to access their provision with their own provider in a safe, reliable and comfortable space. The first of its kind in North America, the inaugural MAiDHouse location is in Toronto, Ontario. In 2024, we also established a location in Victoria, British Columbia.&nbsp;MAiDHouse has three programming areas: Improving Access to Space for MAiD, Centre for Excellence for Research, Education, and Training, and Grief and Bereavement Resources and Supports. The MAiDHouse facility is the first of its kind in Canada, providing equal access to space for anyone eligible for MAiD. efficiency of day-to-day operations and integrity of service.</li><li>Oversee research and the tracking and collection of data which will be used to contribute to the greater understanding of the issues related to medically assisted dying.</li><li>Ensure commitment to and compliance with CRA rules and regulations.</li><li>Support Access to Space program and other programming which includes supporting and being present for MAiD provisions. </li><li>Manage, coach and motivate four direct staff reports.</li><li>Administer annual staff performance reviews.</li><li>Work with the part-time The Cam's Kids Ambassador Program is a student-led initiative of Kids Help Phone, comprised of chapters in high schools and post-secondary institutions across Canada. Continuing the legacy of Cameron Hicks, a young person who navigated anxiety and reaching out for support through high school, this peer-led program focuses on creating awareness of mental health and the range of services and offerings available to them through Kids Help Phone. Through various in-person and virtual interactions, Cam's Kids Ambassadors offer valuable resources to their peers, building their own capacity as youth leaders and strengthening their community. Ambassadors play a crucial role in empowering others to learn more about their own mental health and in educating their peers about reaching out for support, making a positive impact in their communities. &nbsp;Key Activities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Participate in Events &amp; Initiatives: Lead events with your fellow ambassadors on campus supporting creating awareness of Kids Help Phone’s programs and services as well as volunteering with&nbsp;Kids Help Phone's events in the community!</li><li>Take Our&nbsp;Training: Gain knowledge and understanding of Kids Help Phone services and programs and become confident in discussing them with your peers. Second Stage Dance is a Registered Canadian Charity dedicated to increasing sustainability,
affordability and diversity in the dance sector. Our mission is to provide financial support for dancers
in need alongside provide them with the items they need to reduce costs to participation. 

Currently, we are looking for passionate, committed volunteers looking to support our mission as we
grow! This is a wonderful opportunity to gain experience and evolve alongside an innovative
organization.

As our Treasurer, you will have a vital role in ensuring the financial success of our organization.
You will oversee our financial reporting, along with developing strategic financial plans to
support our mission. We are looking for someone who is currently working towards their CPA or
has previous experience in the financial sector.

The Key Responsibilities Include:
Monitor the organization’s financial position and ensure proper records are maintained in
accordance with CRA requirements for registered charities.
Review and present quarterly financial statements to the Board
Ensure and financial policies are in place and followed by team members
Oversee donation receipting processes, including periodic review of in-kind donation
receipts (administrative preparation may be delegated to staff/volunteers)
Support the development of the annual budget in collaboration with staff/board
Liaise with accountants, bookkeepers, or auditors as required

We’re Looking For Someone Who Meets These Requirements:
Passionate about accessibility, sustainability and making an impact in the dance sector
CPA designation (preferred), OR equivalent experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance,
or nonprofit financial management.
Knowledge of CRA charity compliance, financial reporting, and nonprofit governance
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

This is a volunteer leadership role and we will be needing commitment for a 1.5 year term until
December 2026.
