Our programs support youth living with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, OCD, Anxiety, PTSD and ODD. &nbsp;The importance of the Camp Winston experience for our youth and their families is now more crucial than ever. We believe in a future where neurodiversity is understood, valued, accepted and, most of all, celebrated.Position Overview&nbsp;The Director is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the Summer Camp and its Foundation. This role will oversee all aspects of the organization’s programs, fundraising, financial health, partner relationships, staff leadership, and compliance.
