What you will do

• Lead and manage the Reach Legal Referral and Educational Services program.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outreach.
• Coordinate with legal professionals and educational partners to enhance program offerings.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance with legal and organizational standards.

What we are looking for

• Required: Proven experience in program management, preferably in a legal or educational setting.
• Required: Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Optional: Experience working with people with disabilities and their families.
• Optional: Knowledge of the legal system and educational resources in Ottawa.
