What You Will Do

Configure, manage, and optimize CRM systems such as Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar platforms to support fundraising, donor relations, and project management.

Design and maintain workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports for tracking donors, volunteers, campaigns, and program outcomes.

Customize CRM objects, fields, forms, and pipelines to align with Samawada’s operational and reporting needs.

Integrate the CRM with email tools, forms, spreadsheets, and third-party platforms.

Ensure accurate data entry, data quality, and database maintenance.

Support staff and volunteers by providing CRM training, documentation, and ongoing technical assistance.

Develop impact tracking and donor reporting systems using CRM data.

Collaborate with fundraising, communications, and program teams to translate requirements into CRM solutions.

Implement data privacy and security best practices in compliance with Canadian regulations.

Troubleshoot system issues and continuously improve usability and efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, or comparable CRM systems.

Strong understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, and automation rules.

Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Familiarity with donor management, fundraising pipelines, or volunteer tracking.

Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a mission-driven team.

Experience in non-profit or social impact organizations is an asset but not required.

Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).

Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs).

Knowledge of data migration and system integrations.

Experience supporting remote teams or volunteers.
