Want to delete your account entirely? We hope that won't happen too often, but here's how to do it.
From the Career Centre (or any page with a "Login" button), click the "Login" button.
1. Enter your email address.
2. Enter your password.
3. Click the "Login" button.
If you can't remember your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link.
When you've logged in to your desk:
1. Click the "My account" tab.
2. In the upper right corner of the window, click the red "Delete My Account" button.
A window will open that begs you to keep your account with us. We understand if you want to delete it, but please tell us why you're leaving. Even if you've found a new job, there's still lots of great stuff you can do here.
1. Please tell us why you're leaving. Type your answer in the "I'm leaving because:" box.
2. If you're sure you want to delete your account, click the "Delete My Account" button.
If you change your mind (we can be pretty persuasive!), just click "Cancel" and we'll forget it ever happened.
If you do delete your account, you'll receive the message above to confirm the deletion.
We're sorry to see you go.
