Performing duties outside your job description
In the position of Executive Director, you often find yourself asked to do things that are never in a job description quite simply for the fact that you have overall responsibility for the agency and its operations and there is no one else to do it. The most challenging requests can come from Board Members who perhaps do not understand their role or responsibilities.
