The national repository of data on the nonprofit sector in the United States. It is a program of the Urban Institute's Center on Nonprofits and Philanthropy, and its mission is to develop and disseminate high quality data on nonprofit organizations and their activities.

- Nonprofit Consulting Review, is a free weekly e-newsletter from Charity Channel covering all aspects of consulting for the nonprofit sector.
- Philanthropy Journal, a publication which helps people understand, support and work in the nonprofit world. Through a daily web site and weekly email bulletin, it delivers online news and information about philanthropy and nonprofits.
