Why did it send me back to the log-in page?

For security reasons, our servers will automatically log you out of the system if your account is idle for more than 30 minutes.

Idle means that you haven't had an interaction with the server. Unfortunately, typing into the form fields does not count as server interaction. That's why it's very important to click the "Save to my basket" buttons on the posting information page. The "Save to my basket" button sends a message to our servers that you are still working on your listing. It also saves what you have entered so far.

If you are sent back to the log-in page by accident, please contact the HelpDesk.
