How do I delete a listing from the database?

Caution: Are you sure you want to delete a listing? Deleting will completely and permanently remove it from the database. It won't be available to you for reactivating or re-posting as a new listing with changes at some future date and CharityVillage staff won't be able to retrieve it for you.

If you wish to suspend a listing (i.e. not displayed publicly), but still have it available to you in your account, read the instructions for suspending a listing.

If you really want to delete the listing, here's how:

  1. Login to your advertiser account
  2. Under the "Listings" heading, click the "Manage my Listings" link
  3. Find the listing you want to delete and click the trashcan icon Delete.
  4. A warning message will pop up to tell you that deleting a listing is irreversible. To delete the listing anyway, click the "Okay" button.
