There may be several reasons why you can't see your listing on
the public side of the site. Here's what you should check:
- The listing has not been submitted.
- Log-in to your account.
- Under the "Listings" heading, look under the
"Pending Ads in My Basket" link.
- If you have submitted the listings for approval, it will
read "0 incomplete" and "0 pending".
- If you have any listings that are still listed as pending
or incomplete, you should click on the "Pending Listings
in My Basket" link, make any necessary changes, and
submit them for approval.
- The order process is complete when you click the "Place
Order" button and receive a confirmation e-mail.
- The listing has not been approved. If your Basket is
empty, our coordinator might not have approved the listing yet.
Approval will never take more than one business day. If it has
been longer than one day and you haven't heard from us and still
can't see the listing, please contact the HelpDesk.
- The listing is suspended.
- From your Desk, click the "Manage My Listings"
link.
- On your list of ads, look for your listing under the "Suspended
Listings" section.
- If the listing is "Suspended", click the button
marked "Reactivate" to make the ad live again.
Double check that the deadline date has not passed already.
If you have checked all of these things and still can't see your
ad, please contact the HelpDesk.
