If you have forgotten your username and/or password, just go
to the Advertiser log-in page
and put your e-mail in the field under the "Forgot your Password"
section. Then click the "Submit" button and we will
e-mail your username and password to you.
If you have changed your e-mail and can't remember your username
or password, please contact the HelpDesk.
Please note:
If you share an e-mail with others in your organization
or if you have multiple CharityVillage accounts, you should
not use the automatic reminder service. Please call or e-mail
the HelpDesk.
