We rely on several specific precautions to ensure the security
of our clients' contact and transaction information.
The registered user side of the site is password-protected:
only authorized users can access the area.
The system is session-protected: users are automatically
logged out of the system if it is inactive for more than 30 minutes.
Our database is behind a firewall and is also isolated
from our developers' intranet to provide additional security.
For system backups, we perform differential dailies, backing
up all information that is different/new than the day before.
We back up the entire system weekly, and store the current full
month of data and applications in a secure off-site location.
