How do I pause a listing before the deadline? (Printer friendly version - PDF)

There are times when you may want to pause an active listing. You might use this feature if you have received numerous responses before the deadline and want to review them before accepting any new ones. You may pause and re-activate your listing as many times as you like within the allotted timeframe (60 days from posting for Job Listings and 90 days from posting for Volunteer and Event Listings). Here's how:

  1. Login from the Advertiser Log-in page

  2. When you are logged in to the "My Desk" screen find the listing you want to pause and click the "Select" menu to the right. Click the red "pause" icon (Pause).

  3. On the "My Listings" page, you will see all the listings you have posted on our site. Beside the listing you want to pause,

  4. The listing will move to the "Paused" folder. This listing is no longer visible on the site.

To reactivate a listing, just click the green "Reactivate" icon. The listing will move back to the "Active Listings" section and be immediately visible to the public again .

That's all there is to it! If you have any questions about pauseing a listing, please contact the HelpDesk.
