Why am I not receiving any Search Alerts?

There may be a few reasons why you aren't receiving alerts:

  • Your search criteria are too specific. Try selecting fewer options or removing keywords that you have entered. We're probably not going to have listings for orangutan zookeepers in Churchill, Manitoba every day!

  • You may have suspended your Alerts. From your account, click "Change My Profile" and make sure that the "Search Alert Status" field is set to "Active". Then click "Save Profile".

  • You may not have created any Alerts. Sometimes people register as a user, but don't set up any Search Alerts. Click here for instructions on how to create a Search Alert..

  • Your e-mail address is wrong. Double check the e-mail address in your profile to make sure that we're sending Alerts to the right place.

If you're still not receiving Alerts and think you should be, please contact the HelpDesk.
