What do the terms "active", "suspended", and "expired" mean?

Here are some common terms we use to describe the status of your listings:

  • Active: A listing that is currently visible to the public on CharityVillage.

  • Suspended: A listing whose date range has not expired, but which is not visible to the public. Either you or a CharityVillage staff member has stopped ("suspended") the listing.

  • Expired: A listing that has passed your deadline for applications or the maximum allowable number of posting days.
